We offer a wide range of programs including personal training, fitness classes, and specialty training programs to help our members find the capacity within themselves to push far beyond what they thought was possible and achieve any goal. Our highly experienced staff serves a diverse group of members in Providence, RI; Rumford, RI and surrounding areas with professional training and programs to meet every need.
We will provide you with access to a personal trainer and a fitness nutrition specialist to get the knowledge and support you need to achieve any goal. Our trainers use a physical fitness program that combines old-time exercises with the latest methods to help you push beyond your limits and increase strength, speed and endurance, and improve your quality of life.
Our facility offers a wide variety of classes and programs to fit every need in an energetic and unintimidating atmosphere, free of judgment. Our varying membership options provide you with access to the gym either on your own, or you can participate in any of our personal training sessions or group classes. You can also find a variety of specialty training programs, corporate wellness programs, and after school programs for kids, including a high school athletics program.
