Happy New Year!! Well, at least that's what I would've said if I made it to see the ball drop. Instead it was happy new year at 5am when Adrionna decided she wanted to get up.

After teaching today, I decided to stop by my old stomping grounds, Bally's, to see what changes have been made. I was expecting a ton of energy and action being that it was recently taken over by another big name chain gym. But to no avail; the feeling was similar to what it was when I decided to leave.
