Guess how much I weigh. Don’t worry, I won’t be offended by your answer at all. This is a question that I have asked to almost every person that I have coached that has wanted to lose weight, get toned, get lean or lose inches.
I recently returned from a mountaineering trip to Mt. Rainier in Washington. Towering at 14,410 feet, Rainier is an active volcano which last erupted 150 years ago and is the most glaciated peak in the continental US.
Why do trainers and coaches all aspire to only train elite athletes?? Does it escape them that elite athletes are normal people that just are physically gifted and lucky to be paid ridiculously for playing games?
Three months ago, my life changed for the better. On April 6th, I became a father. Every emotion that you can experience, I experienced on that day. My main hope is that I am able to be the best father I can be for Adrionna.
When it comes to fitness and exercise for myself, I need to mix it up. I get bored easily and so I need to make sure my workout routine includes all different types of activities. Currently, I mix it up among classes at 212, playing soccer, running, and boxing.
Summer time means the world to many! Summer is filled with family time, vacations, exploring, beaches, cook outs, and gatherings. The long, hot days can take a toll on your health if you are not aware of the endless hours laying around in the air conditioning.
With the summer, the arrival of long days and a renewed sense of vigor surround us. We are apt to spend more time outside and are compelled to be healthier by doing so.
