So apparently I talk about shoes and feet a lot. I had to dial back into the Delorian to see when I last touched on shoe wear. My previous blog spoke of the concept of why trainers and coaches look to see your feet. Again it is simple...we all have foot fetishes.

As many of you already know, we have been running a contest, of sorts, to encourage attendance at the gym over the summer. Well, I guess it is more of an incentive program really. There are no "winners" or "losers," only attendance benchmarks or goals for clients to strive for.

Did you ever have a time where you wanted to help someone, but they wouldn't let you? I went to a cookout at a friend's house, and one of his friends knew that I owned a gym. We got into a discussion about him wanting to lose weight. I answered some of his questions and gave him some advice.

My inner competitor is all fired up over this "get to the gym and win stuff" challenge. I love it! Who knew that such a simple sounding challenge could have this kind of mental effect? These 212 folks are so smahht.
