I am off the beam. I need to "get my head right." Can't quite say what brought me here...but I come here often--just out of the groove of getting to the gym, and then finding it difficult to eat right and get back on track. I am GOING to get there at 5 pm today. And then I need to find a way to keep getting there--4x per week works best for me. So HELP. Teachers. Peers. I need to see other people motivated to help get me back. See you at five!
