YES!!!! We are finally out of the winter doldrums. Well at least, I think we are, in New England you never know. As you shake off the winter blues it’s time to get back in to the habit.
Not too long ago I wrote a blog on finally achieving your first pull up. Just like the pull up, the push up is a very tough body weight exercise to execute properly.
“What’s your problem?” I heard this question along with a few others this past week. Those other statements were, “Are you crazy?” “Why don’t you wait until later?” “You trying to prove something?”
Unfortunately, summer is coming to a close. NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! LOL. Which means school is coming back in session, and more than likely it affects all of us in varying degrees.
