3 Groups to Choose From:
Group A: Meets Mondays & Wednesdays 7am-8am REGISTER NOW
Group B: Meets Mondays & Thursdays 6pm-7pm REGISTER NOW
Group C: Meets Mondays & Thursdays 7pm-8pm REGISTER NOW

All Groups begin the week of October 14th in Studio B (Building 4 at Rumford Center).

Do I have to be in shape to do the Challenge?
No! We are happy to work with anyone who wants to commit to making a change in his or her lifestyle. Our coaches know how to make any modifications necessary to accommodate every fitness level. We are also able to work around injuries and any other special circumstances.

Do I have to be a member of 212 to participate?
Absolutely not! We encourage non members to participate! 

If I miss my group time, can I just go to another group that week?
If you are unable to attend your group meeting time, you can substitute that with a class. For numbers' sake and planning purposes, we are unable to allow participants to float from group to group.
