Free Orientation

This optional one hour session with a trainer will introduce you to us and the techniques we.  It will also give you a feel for the types of workouts you can expect.  Our emphasis is on safety and technique and our goal is to make sure you are ready to progress into classes and group training.


5 Week Essentials Course

Reserved for our new members only, this course gives you the individual attention you need to improve your technique and understanding of our training tools and methods. This course includes unlimited access to all 212 classes, 5 small group training sessions (2-6 participants) and nutrition consultation.
